We are fun-loving and sociable people of all ages from 12 to 100 years. Regardless of whether you want competitive sports or just to enjoy the beautiful waterways in and around Bremen - whether you are child or adult without any rowing experience, if you want to get out and do some exercise.... Welcome.
We offer sweat and hard training - no matter if you are 12 and aim for the Olympic games or want to get involved again in your middle ages as a World Rowing Master. We offer numerous interesting activities for all.
These activities may be gentler but nonetheless healthy. We offer rowing and an interesting program for all ages including gymnastics, running and strength training - all on our own premises.
Rowing is very healthy and injury is rare. Rowing requires almost all muscle groups and simultaneously trains endurance, coordination, the heart and circulatory system. In addition, since the risk of injury is very low, rowing has a high health value.
Rowing is especially well suited for rehabilitation and maintaining good health. Moreover, rowing supports the reduction of stress. The connection to nature and the calming effect of the water make rowing not only a treat for the body - but also the mind.
